We present a video with different grafts that can be obtained in oculoplastic surgery. LIP GRAFT. In this video we see different extractions of grafts often used in oculoplasty. In this particular case two grafts have been placed in the same bed. Suturing remains optional, although we prefer to suture. LAMINAR GRAFT. In this case a small amount of fat is necessary. The most important layer here is the dermis. We can obtain whatever size is needed. We must to be careful with the carving of the dermis. TARSAL GRAFT. In this patient two columns were necessary. Always keep a safety margin of 4 mm from the margin. Extraction is limited to the tarsal and conjunctival layers. NASAL CONDROMUCOUS GRAFT. Removal is not always easy but can be done with local anesthesia. Tissue with a high degree of stiffness and thickness is extracted. PALATE GRAFT. Tissue with extraordinary properties to support eyelid retraction. Conjunctival coating is not necessary at the bottom but is required at the top. Sizes up to 20x8mm and even somewhat larger are employed depending on the palate. Safety margins, outside the midline, behind the anterior rough line, anterior to the soft palate and lateral to the gums. EAR CARTILAGE GRAFT. A large size can be obtained. It always has to be covered by conjuntiva. Very useful in retractions. Easy extraction. The ear skin headset must be closed with padded compression to avoid ear hematoma.
